Its supposed to clean out your liver,colon,and digestive track. I bought one and i'm gonna start it on the 10th.I've never used a cleanse before,but feel I need to. I was wondering if it really works?Has anyone tried the ';Hydroxy Cut 7 Day Cleanse';?
I'm wondering the same thing. I bought it and am starting tomorrow as well. I'm not really liking the diet they are mentioning to follow in the instructions -- especially the room temperature lemon water (yuck). I know it says to stay away from tea, soda, etc. but... I'm wondering if it would be okay to drink decaf tea.
Sorry I couldn't have been more help. I actually asked the guy at GNC (where I bought the pills) and he couldn't really tell me anything -- besides the fact that I'm the first person he sold it to thus far (LOL).
