I bought a colon cleansing program..Does anyone have any advice?

I bout a colon cleansing program that was featured on oprah and it is called colopure..I was wandering if anyone has tried it and if they had any advice and or could tell me there story?I bought a colon cleansing program..Does anyone have any advice?
people really shoulnt have to buy one unless they are unable to do it themselves. we should be able to di it ourselves. its called going poo. same results for free!I bought a colon cleansing program..Does anyone have any advice?
It's the quick fix that won't last for long.......nothing can except eating right foods and exercise!
its not as bad as i thought it was. but when you go ,you go.i got the clumping stuff. i guess it just clumps all the stuff up and pushes it all out without leaving any behind.i guess.
