Anyone done an at home colon cleanse?

anyone do this from home? whats a good product?Anyone done an at home colon cleanse?
Theres plenty of them out there hebal based is best and avoid the two week or less wonders they only clean out the easy parts there a lot of tubing to de scum one i usesis herbal fiber blend ist justfiber and a few different herbs and works a treat stoped my sugar cravings to if your in aust ralia or nz go to tytenhealth.com buts avalable at a lot of contrys and shops just cheaper online 42 dollars not 70 plus. Over the years, I have used psyllium seeds, bentonite clay and enemas to cleanse the colon. By enemas, I mean the bag that holds, I think, about two quarts of water, not the medicinal enemas sold in most drug stores.





It's been at least 3 years since doing the cleanses so I don't recall specific brands for psyllium seeds or bentonite clay. You can ask in a health food store or check it out thru google. Metamucil is a common drug store colon cleanser that contains mostly (or completely) psyllium seeds. Hope this helps.
I've done this in the past using New Start. It's an all in one internal cleansing kit, but you can order the just the colon cleansing individually. Works great and is quite convenient.
Yes, I have done a colon cleanse before. Health Plus is a good colon cleanse product. You should be able to get it at your local health food store.
