What is the best candida cleanse?

Apple cider vinegar. What is the best candida cleanse?
The best approach for effectivness of a candida cleanse is elimination- in your diet - anything that feeds the YEAST. You can combine this diet with anti-fungal supplement and other immune building supplements.

Items To Avoid While on A Candida Detox Diet:

All sugars and sugar-contained food including table sugar, fructose, corn syrup, honey, molasses, maple sugar and date sugar.

All white flour and white flour products. All yeast-containing pastries, breads, crackers, pastas, etc.

All cheese except ricotta, cottage and cream cheese.

Artificially sweetened drinks and food products.

Avoid alcoholic beverages.

Avoid all fruit juices, fruits (fresh, canned, or dried) until yeast is abated. Fresh lemon or lime may be used in water, or as a substitute for vinegar in salad dressings.

All coffee and tea (even herbal). Except pau de arco tea.

Chlorinated tap water.

All processed meats such as bacon, sausage, ham, hot dogs, luncheon meats, corned beef, and pastrami.

Old leftovers. If food has been in the fridge for more than 3 days, do not eat it. Leftovers may be frozen.

Obvious fungus foods: mushrooms, blue cheese, etc.

Peanuts and peanut products: peanut butters. Use almond butter.

All vinegar-soaked products or vinegar dressings: pickles, pickle relish etc. Lemon juice may be substituted from vinegar in recipes.

Brewers yeast B vitamins made from yeast, yeast breads, pastries, cracker and pretzels that contain yeast. What is the best candida cleanse?
Candida Cleanse and Candida Clear are best you can search it down ,it works fine. you can read more in the articles on candida
There is a great company that has consultants on staff to answer your questions. It's called N.E.E.D.S. Inc. They are mail order and have a website:www.needs.com

I would get their 800# and call them for a free consult. They have many detailed candida protocols available and can speak to you about diet and dos and donts. They have awesome prices and friendly people that love to help.

I was severely riddled with candida, had so many symptoms, and through my searching found N.E.E.D.S.

I have worked with them and they recommended the Attogram program for me. It's Bentonite liquid, Capryl oil and Psyllium seed%26amp;husk. I got an awesome probiotic from them to add to the three above products. They also included a specific diet protocol of foods to eat and foods to avoid.

After about 45 days I am footloose and fancy free, lovin life, and have my energy back. My diet has changed for the better and my sugar cravings have gone from a 10 to a 1 or 2.

Try it, you might like it. :) They are not in the business just to take your money, they really have the drive and compassion to help people like us.
You need a 3 pronged approach to rid yourself of candida.

Kill it.

Starve it.

Flush it.

Kill it with Pau D'arco tea. You can get the bark at a health store. Boil it and drink the water, 3 cups a day between meals. Take caprylic acid capsules. Also available at the health food store.

Starve it. Eliminate sugars and alcohol. No fruit, no vinegar, no simple carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, etc.

Flush it. A good lymphatic cleanse is to drink the juice of one lemon in a cup of water each morning with a little cayenne pepper.

Try this for 2 weeks, then check your tongue - is it whitish? Should be a nice healthy pink. How's your energy? You might need another week or two of treatment. Good Luck!
Lemon juice. It saved my life. NO apple cider vinegar, no vinegar of any kind!!! It feeds yeast, so avoid it. Plain yogurt to recolonize the gut with good bacteria. Not the fruit-added stuff, that has added sugar in it. Plain, low-fat, no sugar added. Add your own fruit when you're able to begin eating fruit again after you've starved the yeasty-beasties out. White meat only, no processed or red meat, and lots of it, but only in small amounts each time you eat... that is, eat 8 meals a day if you have to. Certain veggies are off-limits, such as potatoes, squash, corn (they have a higher glycemic index.) But rabbit food (lettuce, radishes, celery, etc) you can have as much of as you want... NO mushrooms though. That's a fungus, fungus feeds yeast.

The lemon juice must be real, not that powdered fake lemonaide. Here's a lemonaide recipe:

I cup lemon juice

2 quarts water

Use a little stevia (an herb you can get at the health food store, it's very sweet without the risk of sugars), or splenda (if you're brave enough to use fake sugar, I'm not), per glass just ';to taste';, that is, just to take the ';edge'; off the sour. You don't want it ';sweet';, that ruins it really. The sour is part of what I believe actually cures the ';craving'; for sugar. It's really kind of odd how it works, but it does.

Caprylic acid works very well, but I can't take much of it because it makes me *too* sick too fast in flushing the yeasty-beasties out. The lemon juice does the ';trick'; very well all on its own. I do half a cup of the lemonaide first thing in the a.m., then some canola oil/lemon juice salad dressing on greens for lunch or dinner either one, and that seems to be the ';right'; amount each day. It's miracle stuff for me.

Depending on the amount of time you've spent imbalanced with candida, it can take two weeks to two months to rebalance. Be patient, go slow with the carbs (don't add them back in until you think you're ready after you start feeling better. If you get ';dizzy';, crave sugar, feel ';sick';, whatever happens that makes you feel bad if you eat sugar, don't eat anymore for a while longer still).

[EDITED to add something I forgot]:

I just realized I hadn't shared something else that works very well for me, and that is to soak in a lukewarm (not hot) bath with 2 cups water softener salts (NOT epsom; water softener salts actually pull the toxins out). The salts can be had from Wal-Mart for $3 for a 40-lb bag. I also add a few drops of lavender essential oil for relaxation purposes (found in health food stores), which also soothes itchy ';everything';, and is a very gentle-on-the-skin but extremely strong anti-bacterial/anti-viral healer. Last, I also use white calcite and lepidolite stones in the bath, they have vibrational properties that help pull the yeast toxins out. If you have joints that ache (from candida overgrowth) so bad you can't sleep at night, this will definitely take the ache away in about a week of daily 20-minute full-body soaking. Sorry this info is so late.
I recommend you use Goldista's Diet and take a product called Candida Cleanse. You can find it at GNC. It works great.
Organic, non-distilled, apple cidar vinegar. Hopefully that's what she meant.
