After using Clearasil Acne Fighting Cleansing Wipes, my face is still oily/wet?

Why is it that after I use the wipes, my face feels oily? Is the product supposed be like that? I don't know if it's oil or whatever.. but it feels like it. Is it like a moisturizer to prevent dry skin? I thought my skin was supposed to be dry after using it..After using Clearasil Acne Fighting Cleansing Wipes, my face is still oily/wet?
use a face wash instead, its supposed to be the opposite of mouturising,so it shouldn't feel like that.

whats happening here is that there is too much cleanser on the wipes, try massaging the wipes into your faceAfter using Clearasil Acne Fighting Cleansing Wipes, my face is still oily/wet?
Two approaches:

Conventional- If you are having acne, you might see your doctor (or a dermatologist) and get something prescription for the problem. Clearasil is over the counter, so it only but so good.

Holistic- change your diet (eliminate processed fats, sugars, salts, etc), increase vegetables and fruits, drink lots of water, and use tea tree oil to dry up any excess pimples.

but again, I encourage you so see your doctor and do more research before you decide which approach to choose.
Sometimes becuase acne treatments are supposed to dry out your skin, your body over compensates and your face can become even oilier. The best cleanser for acne that isn't too serious, is Spectrogel. Wash your face with it at bedtime and when you wake up in the morning. You can buy it at your local drugstore and it cleans well but doesn't strip your skin of its natural oils. You then use an acne location containing benzoyl peroxide at bedtime on any pimples you have. It works.
