I heard bout this on late night commercial. On webmd they say that this can disrupt your body's electrolyte balance,leading to dehydration,and salt depletion. Overtime it can lead to:anemia, malnutrition, and heart failure. Anybody ever have a bad side effect from using a colon cleanse product?Colon cleanse...does it work?
Those side effects can occur when you over do it. You are only supposed to do a colon cleanse once a year.Colon cleanse...does it work?
Colon cleanse is total BS
