Is the Master Cleanse good for me?

I weight 80kg and I am 172 cm (5'7';) tall, I get sick really easy, always tired %26amp; lazy and carry abit of weight on my stomach, thigh %26amp; bottom area. It doesnt look bad because im quite tall, I was thinking of going on the Master Cleanse for 10 days to detoxify but im wondering how much weight approximetly would i lose? Would it work and if anyone has done this diet before to advise me of any symptoms %26amp; how much wieght did you lose - Also, how did you feel afterwards? ..
