I like to drink lemon juice with warm water for a daily cleanse. Will bottled juice be the same?

No. There are additives to bottled lemon juice that cause much more harm than good. Stick with fresh and you can't go wrong. There's nothing in fresh but good, old-fashioned sunshine and love...how can you go wrong with that?

Also, tap water is not the best water to drink in the city. Chlorine has been added, (among other chemicals that dry out and add toxins to the system) to the water you find in your tap. It's only logical when you think your question through. Your common sense will tell you what you need to do, follow that and you can't go wrong.

Best to you, my friend!I like to drink lemon juice with warm water for a daily cleanse. Will bottled juice be the same?
I use bottled--I get it at the health food store. The only ingredients are ';fresh pressed juice and puree from whole ripe certified organic lemons';. My only suggestion is that you use it soon after opening the bottle.I like to drink lemon juice with warm water for a daily cleanse. Will bottled juice be the same?
I would hope so, it is lemon juice that is in the bottle. See the direction on the bottle to see how much to use in a 8 oz glass of water. Happy cleansing .
Save your money on lemons. Just eat a healthy diet and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Tap water is best if you are on a public water system. Save your money on bottled water. You need the minerals that are in the tap water. Your body automatically detoxifies itself. Too much citric acid can eat the enamel off of your teeth.
Juice from an actually lmon is always better, in bottles you never know what kinds of additives they use. Plus fresh is always better =)
This rule applies to everything ';Fresh is always best';.

Juices lose alot of their nutritional value as they sit. Plus, bottled juice probably is not pure. Just buy a bunch of lemons.

I love to drink warm water with lemon daily also, I find it cleansing and calming!
