Is Vitamin a,e,c d,..good for cleansing the body?

can they help in cleansing our body ? are these things found in vitamin pills, going to help slow/reverse calcification? Is Vitamin a,e,c d,..good for cleansing the body?
These vitamins are vital for health and have many antioxidant functions but they are not ordinarily used for internal cleansing, though vitamin D may help with the prevention of calcification, as might vitamin E, and also vitamin C and vitamin K. So they can be taken for prevention rather than as a remedial. But be careful with vitamins A, D, E %26amp; K as they are fat soluble, stores in tissues and thus you could end up taking too much. Yes a multivitamin supplement could provide you with all these. But don't take vitamin A if you eat liver or take cod liver oil or you could end up with toxic amounts in your body. Supplementing with vitamins C, D and E is usually safe and beneficial. But if you live in a sunny country and go outdoors a lot you don't really need vitamin D except perhaps in the winter months so vitamin E and C as separate supplements should suffice, unless you eat plenty of fruit then you could just take vitamin E [start with 200iu....can later be increased to 400iu] ...as fruits are rich in vitamin C. Though it wouldn't hurt to take vitamin C as it is water soluble and any excess is excreted in the urine, and the best way to take it is in a timed release formulation.

Herbs are used for internal cleansing. Burdock root might have a role in helping remove excess calcification in the body. Magnesium may prevent calcification of the blood vessels.

Talk to your doctor first before taking supplements if you are on prescribed medications, or have some underlying medical disorder. If you have a calcification problem then you might benefit from consulting with a Nutritionist/Herbalist under the guidance of your physician/GP.

Best wishes.
