how fast should i start to seeing results on weight loss , its been over a month, and i am not starving myself just trying to be healthy.I started a no meat diet to cleanse myself and starting eating spinach, almonds, and rice and bread,?
A month of this diet is enough. It is low in protein. You can eat dairy and eggs for protein, and exercise more. You may lose weight then. Fruits should not be avoided.
