It really doesn't work well on pimples. For acne control, I recommend Biore Ice Wash or Murad Clarifying Cleanser. In fact, the Murad line for acne cleared me up (Retin A Micro left my skin irritated and it didn't clear up my acne).Noxzema Original Deep Cleansing Cream?
i really like it, its not some magic miracle cream but it reduces shtuff like blemishes and shizz
