But recently i went through a bad depression and i stopped working out and started eating bunch of junk food and gained most of it back, im thinking of going on the master cleanse diet again but is it safe or healthy to go on it.. at least for maybe 4 or 5 days not the whole 10 days??Is the master cleanse diet healthy for you?
I really would not recommend it. It sounds as if you were quite lucky following your previous experience. You probably started off with a very fast metabolism. The Master Cleanse diet, also know as the lemon detox diet, is really bad for your health and it slows down your metabolism.
Rather start eating the same healthy way you did before. you may lose the weight a bit slower but you will be able to keep it off and you will protect your metabolism.

well if you have had success in the past im pretty sure it is.
this is what you do.
4-5 days master cleanse
2-3 day normal but healthy eating
1- a little bit of your favorite food. like the size of your fist. this because if you deprove yourself of foods you like. when you dont eat them after a long time you'll get a temptation and splurge.
continue that. and try to excersise minimal the days you do it.
a little bit more intense the day you eat normal.
and a little bit more intense the day you eat your favorite food :)
that should help you lose a lot of weight.
and keep you healthy happy and fit :)
