I dont want to buy the kit online. So I was wondering if anyone had the details for the cleanse. How to make it, vitamins, the sea salt flush...that kind of stuff. Plus I would like to hear some peoples experiences.Has anyone done the Master Cleanse diet?

This should really goin the Alternative Medicine section. Try a little metamucil or citracel and plenty of water, you will get the same results and your wallet will be much fatter.
