I think it does work. I have IBS and I do a Bowel cleansing couple times a year and it nearly cures my IBS for quite a while. also, I eat flax seed and yogurt which keeps me on track. I use Dr. Richard Schultz products and swear by them. So, between a healthy diet, exercise and my couple times a year complete bowel cleansing I have never felt better. Oh I used to also have problems with digestion as well. I would vomit because of my terrible digestion problem. I went to the doctor to get a colonoscopy and then was prescribed like 3 different meds. I refused to take them and decided to try making my own changes.
