The best way to cleanse yourself is by eating healthy foods, heavy in fruits and vegetables, and eat lean meats like chicken and fish, prepared in non-frying fashions (baking).





Drink a lot of water and exercise. Try to add some fiber to your diet in the form of nuts, whole wheat breads and pastas, and fruit.





That will cleanse you. Starving and drinking just lemonade or whatever won't help.

umm go drink detoxicating drinks. thats what my mom had to do, like a lot of vegetable juice, and maybe even some laxatives





(my mom had major surgery once and this is what her doctor told ehr to do to cleanse her body and detoxify it)
Fast for a day or two. If you don't want to do that, drink a LOT of water and eat a lot of grapes, raisins, fiber or things containing fiber which will flush you out...

i would take it slow...eat three healthy meals and maybe a snack of fruit or veggie here and there...dont overdo it the first day..repeat the process.
